Working with
CCSCollect is authorised by official UK water companies — including Yorkshire Water and other regional suppliers — to recover outstanding water and sewerage charges on their behalf.
Water and sewerage services are billed annually or in instalments by your regional water company. If a balance has remained unpaid after the supplier's reminders, your account may have been passed to CCSCollect for recovery. The first text message we have sent you contains a full breakdown of the amount due and confirms which water company instructed us.
Most UK water companies operate hardship schemes (such as WaterSure or social tariffs) for customers on low incomes or with high essential water use. If you think you may qualify, tell us — we can pause activity on your account while you apply directly with your water company.
